This policy explains what personal information H.D. Esthetics collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.

What is collected

When you submit a consultation request, the information you provide is collected: your name, email address, phone number, preferred location, service of interest, preferred contact time and method, any details you share about previous cosmetic tattooing, your goals or concerns, and an optional photo if you choose to attach one. Basic referral information (such as the page you arrived from) may also be recorded.

Why it is collected

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry, arrange and conduct your consultation, assess suitability for treatment, and keep a record of the care discussed. Your information is never sold.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a secure database that only the studio can access, and are also delivered to the studio's client-management system so that Hannah receives your enquiry promptly. Access is limited to the studio.

How long it is kept

Records are retained only as long as needed to provide care and meet record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies are used to make the site work. Optional analytics cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie notice, and help show how visitors find the site. You can decline analytics without losing any functionality.

Your choices
